are you a beginner? All of our classes are taught by knowledgeable and experienced yoga instructors who offer modifications and options so that each class is tailored for every level of experience. Beginners are welcome to attend any class on the schedule, but may prefer to try the more gentle classes first and move to Power Yoga and Core Yoga once they are familiar with some of the basic yoga poses. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns that may impact your practice so that they can ensure your experience is both safe and enjoyable.
Move to the olfactory groove! Gliding through vinyasa flow sequences help to create a focus on breathing and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body. The subtle diffusion of oils in the room will allow you to become more alert, receptive, connected and present in your practice. Appropriate for all levels.
