are you a beginner? All of our classes are taught by knowledgeable and experienced yoga instructors who offer modifications and options so that each class is tailored for every level of experience. Beginners are welcome to attend any class on the schedule, but may prefer to try the more gentle classes first and move to Power Yoga and Core Yoga once they are familiar with some of the basic yoga poses. Please scroll down for detailed descriptions of each class. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns that may impact your practice so that they can ensure your experience is both safe and enjoyable. 


Aroma Flow

Move to the olfactory groove! Gliding through vinyasa flow sequences help to create a focus on breathing and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body. The subtle diffusion of oils in the room will allow you to become more alert, receptive, connected and present in your practice. Appropriate for all levels.

 


Aromatherapy Yoga

ENJOY A RELAXING YOGA PRACTICE THAT WILL HARNESS THE HEALING POWER OF ESSENTIAL OILS TO IMPROVE YOUR MOOD, HEALTH AND WELL-BEING. ESSENTIAL OILS WILL BE DIFFUSED INTO THE ROOM USING A NEBULIZER TO PURIFY THE AIR AND CREATE A GENTLE, THERAPEUTIC AROMA TO MATCH THE MOOD OF THE CLASS. SOME CLASSES MAY BE SLOW AND RESTORATIVE USING OILS LIKE LAVENDER TO PROMOTE RELAXATION AND CALM, WHILE OTHERS MAY EASE INTO A SLOW FLOW WITH MORE INVIGORATING SCENTS LIKE CITRUS, PEPPERMINT OR EUCALYPTUS.


Core Yoga

THIS CLASS FUSES YOGA, PILATES AND CORE EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN AND TONE YOUR CORE. A STRONG CORE IMPROVES YOUR POSTURE, HELPS WITH BALANCE AND STABILITY AND DECREASES BACK PAIn. 


Core Flow

Saturdays 12pm

this class engages your full body in a flow dedicated to strengthening muscles within the spine and core. and tone your core. just like the core yoga class, A strong core improves your posture, helps with balance and stability and decreases back pain. 


Deep Release

tuesdays 6:00PM

This deeply NOURISHING class is a blend of restorative postures and therapy ball work. using the provided therapy balls, we will use targeted self-massage and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. using bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows and straps, we will melt into long and luxuriously restful poses that soothe the soul, relax the body and encourage you to let go and dive even deeper into your practice. consider it an hour long retreat!  


Friday Flow

FRIDAYS 6:00PM

THE PERFECT WAY TO START THE WEEKEND.  THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON BALANCING AND LOOSENING THE HIPS TO DETOXIFY MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY AFTER A LONG WEEK! ALLOW YOUR BODY TO COME BACK INTO BALANCE BY COUNTERACTING THE “OFFICE SLUMP” POSTURE – PAIN CAUSED FROM HUNCHING OVER KEYBOARDS, REMAINING SEATED FOR LONG PERIODS, AND TENSION DERIVED SHOULDER PAIN.  ALL WELCOME! 


Gentle Yoga

THIS CLASS LEADS STUDENTS THROUGH A THOUGHTFUL WARM UP, LENGTHENING STRETCHES AND SOME SIMPLE SEATED AND STANDING POSTURES. DRAWING ON METHODS FROM HATHA YOGA, YIN YOGA, YOGA THERAPY BALLS AND OTHER THERAPEUTIC PRACTICES THIS GENTLE YOGA CLASS IS A LOVELY COMBINATION OF RELAXATION, LENGTHENING AND STRENGTHENING. IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO YOGA, THOSE LOOKING TO DEVELOP THEIR BEGINNER PRACTICE AND ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BECOME MORE ACTIVE AFTER A PERIOD OF INACTIVITY OR INJURY. THIS CLASS WILL HELP TO DEVELOP YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA AND ALIGNMENT THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO DEVELOP A STRONG AND HEALTHY PRACTICE!


Junior Yogis

OUR JUNIOR YOGIS PROGRAM INTRODUCES CHILDREN OF ALL AGES TO THE PRACTICE OF YOGA THROUGH IMAGINATIVE AND ENGAGING ACTIVITIES. YOGA CAN HELP YOUR CHILD INCREASE THEIR STRENGTH, BALANCE AND COORDINATION AND DEVELOP THE TOOLS TO IMPROVE THEIR CONCENTRATION AND DEAL WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY. 


Power Yoga

Power yoga is a sequence of poses designed to improve your flexibility, strength and balance. This class moves with your breath, flowing through sun salutations, seated and standing poses. This class is designed as a moving meditation that challenges your limits and teaches you to love and honour the body you’ve been blessed with. After a powerful class, you will unwind in savasana (resting pose) with a  blissful aromatherapy forehead massage.


Prenatal Yoga

Small group classes that support a healthy pregnancy while helping mothers-to-be relax, reduce pain, increase energy and stamina and prepare mentally and physically for labour. 


Release & Restore

Tuesdays 9:30am

Relieve stress & improve strength through floor work and simple standing sequences. Ideal for beginners and those who would like to develop their existing practice. This class will focus on reducing tension in the shoulders and hips, improving your range of motion and strengthening your core. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level with modifications offered throughout.


Thai Yoga Restorative

If you are looking for deep relaxation and moments of deep connection with yourself, this class is right for you! During this class you will restore your body and mind with a combination of calming yoga poses while receiving Thai Yoga Massage. This is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, get stretched, massaged and relax deeper than ever before. Everything your body needs for health and happiness!

Warm Power Yoga

the combination of a warm room with a vigorous practice is sure to get you sweating. POWER YOGA IS A SEQUENCE OF POSES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND BALANCE. THIS CLASS MOVES WITH YOUR BREATH, FLOWING THROUGH SUN SALUTATIONS, SEATED AND STANDING POSES. This floor based class moves slowly allowing for a thoughtful approach to lengthening tight muscles, increasing your range of motion and finding deep release of tension and stress held in the body. Poses are held longer and linked to mindful breathing and meditation practices to encourage body and mind to relax and let go.

Zen Flow

Students move to a contemporary mix of music while slowly progressing in their practice. We will build sun salutations, find strength and approach inversions. This is a great class for beginners who are looking for a fun yoga challenge and for those looking to cultivate a greater awareness of the body in motion.
