Hello everyone! My name is Nick. I hope everybody is fine. I played organized hockey and tae kwon do for 15 and 20 years respectively.  There came a point when my body said "Please! Please! Please!", so my ex-wife recommended yoga. I was getting a lot of nagging injuries - sprains, strains and muscle tears. I began to practice yoga as often as I could and built strength that helped to decrease these persistent injuries. I try to practice 3-4 times a week here at Zenergy. Ahhh. Now my body and I are at peace. I never looked back. Long live yoga. Um. And chocolate. Good health and happiness to all!
